What are Thermal Boxes?

These are our temperature controlled packing boxes.
High-quality, sustainable, fibre based boxes with thermal insulation to protect your food and keep it at an optimal temperature throughout the delivery process. Combined with the use of frozen gel packs, your order will remain between 0-5 degrees when left on your doorstep for a maximum of:
4 Hours in 35℃ conditions

10 Hours in 23℃ conditions

Cost: $6.70/box
Do you need a Thermal Box?

If you don't think you will be home when the delivery is made, a Thermal Box is recommended to keep your items at a safe and optimal temperature until you return home.

If you are home at time of delivery ...
You can still opt for a Thermal Box for your order,
or
Your order will be kept at optimal temperature within an esky during delivery and handed straight to you on arrival.
